Job Description:

  • Installation and configuration of ManageEngine Products like Endpoint Central, Service Desk,
    OP Manage and others
  • Presales presentations, demo and POC of ManageEngine tools at customer site or through MS
    Teams
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve support issues at customer site, raise support tickets with
    ManageEngine and get them resolved.
  • Training and supporting other team members on Manage Engine.
  • Preparation of presales documentation and also of Prerequisites required at customer site for
    installation
  • Quarterly Audit of ManageEngine products installed at customer site and share the
    shortcomings and improvements to be made.
  • Ensuring support SLA’s are being met.
  • Logging and closing tickets on an online ticketing system.
  • Preparation of sign off documentation and improvement checklist.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 3 Years’ experience in the Implementation of ManageEngine or managing.
  • Should have own conveyance.
 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within the instructions’ parameters.
