Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Creative Director to oversee and drive our in-
house marketing design initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for
modern design, user interface, and customer relevancy. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record of developing and executing creative strategies that align with
business goals and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on category or product marketing in the B2B
technology sector. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for specific
product categories or solutions. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research to
drive strategic decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex
concepts clearly and concisely. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment. - Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in creative design, with at least 3-
years in a leadership role. - Education: Bachelor’s or master's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Skills:
– Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch,
Figma).
– Strong understanding of modern design trends and techniques.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
– Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and
strategic thinking.
