Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Consultant Role) with strong hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. Candidates with a consulting background will have an added advantage.

Location: Gurgaon / Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source talent through multiple channels such as Weekday, Naukri, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Manage hiring across both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Screen and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline while ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Drive timely closures and track recruitment metrics.
