Job Description:
- Installation and configuration of ManageEngine Products like Endpoint Central, Service Desk,
OP Manage and others - Presales presentations, demo and POC of ManageEngine tools at customer site or through MS
Teams - Troubleshoot and Resolve support issues at customer site, raise support tickets with
ManageEngine and get them resolved. - Training and supporting other team members on Manage Engine.
- Preparation of presales documentation and also of Prerequisites required at customer site for
installation - Quarterly Audit of ManageEngine products installed at customer site and share the
shortcomings and improvements to be made. - Ensuring support SLA’s are being met.
- Logging and closing tickets on an online ticketing system.
- Preparation of sign off documentation and improvement checklist.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 3 Years’ experience in the Implementation of ManageEngine or managing.
- Should have own conveyance.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within the instructions’ parameters.
