Regional Manager - Channel & Market Development
Overview of the Role:
The Regional Manager – Channel & Market Development is a leadership role responsible for developing and growing the HR Tech market in the assigned region. This role focuses on building a strong partner ecosystem, mentoring Partner Managers and Senior Partner Managers, and establishing “company/client” as a thought leader in HR Technology and compliance solutions.
The individual will be responsible for creating market awareness, driving strategic partnerships, and building long-term regional business sustainability rather than directly handling frontline sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional strategy for market creation and partner ecosystem growth.
- Build and nurture a strong network of channel partners, Managed Service Providers, and key industry influencers.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Partner Managers and Senior Partner Managers in the region.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives such as industry forums, HR Tech workshops, seminars,and roundtables.
- Represent company’s product as a regional ambassador at industry events and associations.
- Establish relationships with large CA firms, HR bodies, and business chambers.
- Define annual regional business plans and partner growth strategies.
- Ensure high standards of ethics, governance, and compliance across the partner network.
- Track regional performance and guide teams to achieve acquisition and revenue objectives.
- Identify emerging market trends and provide strategic feedback to product and leadership teams.
- Encourage innovation in go-to-market strategies for HR Tech adoption.
- Oversee partner enablement, certification programs, and capability development.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through governance and oversight.
