Are you a strategic leader with deep expertise in Internal audit, and team leadership? We’re looking for a dynamic Associate Director/Manager to join their Risk Advisory Practice and drive excellence in service delivery and client impact.

In this critical role, you’ll:

Work closely with business leaders to support GTM strategy, helping craft proposals and manage client interactions to fuel strategic growth.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Senior Consultant and Consultants

Develop and nurture strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities

Contribute to business leadership and strategic decision-making at the highest levels

Experience: 9+ Years

What We’re Looking For:

9+ years of relevant experience in Risk Advisory / Internal Audit

Experience with a Big 4, mid-size consulting firm, or in-house risk function (preferred)

Strong understanding of regulatory and governance frameworks across sectors

Ability to work in an agile, high-growth consulting environment

CA/MBA or relevant professional qualification
