Actively participate in lead qualification process by planning and managing campaigns in line with GTM objectives.
Partner engagement (e.g. with Salesforce.com) working with their demand generation team.
Screen prospective clients with accurate account mapping and adjust content of sales pitch and presentations – as per client requirements.
Actively drive sales opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings and services and translate them into strong value proposition for clients and help win most deals.
Build a solid and reliable sales pipeline that can progressively materialize into sales.
Meet and exceed assigned quota in terms of Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
Responsible for the direct sales and marketing of salesforce in US geography.
Align the salesforce sales objectives with sound business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
Identify & Close, Cross sell and upsell opportunities in an Account.
Qualification & Experience:
Strong relationship s with Salesforce in particular.
University/College Degree – Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology
Several years of the full complement of leading & winning large business delivery and business development in US market.
Leadership experience in Business Focused IT Solutions / Services with Practice management, people management.
