Designation:  VP/AVP/Business Manager – Salesforce Sales

Location:  Faridabad

Job Description

  • Actively participate in lead qualification process by planning and managing campaigns in line with GTM objectives.
  • Partner engagement (e.g. with Salesforce.com) working with their demand generation team.
  •  Screen prospective clients with accurate account mapping and adjust content of sales pitch and presentations – as per client requirements.
  • Actively drive sales opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings and services and translate them into strong value proposition for clients and help win most deals.
  • Build a solid and reliable sales pipeline that can progressively materialize into sales.
  • Meet and exceed assigned quota in terms of Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
  • Responsible for the direct sales and marketing of salesforce in US geography.
  • Align the salesforce sales objectives with sound business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
  • Identify & Close, Cross sell and upsell opportunities in an Account.

Qualification & Experience:

    • Strong relationship s with Salesforce in particular.
    • University/College Degree – Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology
    • Several years of the full complement of leading & winning large business delivery and business development in US market.
    • Leadership experience in Business Focused IT Solutions / Services with Practice management, people management.
